Guardians of the Galaxy Gets Funky This Fall

During Square Enix’s E3 press conference, it was announced that Eidos Montreal are working on a Guardians of the Galaxy game that is set to release this Fall. The game, which comes out on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC this October 26th, is a third-person narrative-based action game.

In Guardians of the Galaxy, you are the legendary outlaw, Star-Lord. It’s up to you to lead the legendary Guardians of the Galaxy as you jump from one crazy situation to another alongside both original and classic Marvel characters.

David Anfossi, Head of Studio at Eidos-Montréal, commented on the reveal:

The Eidos-Montréal team is honored to have the opportunity to work on such an iconic franchise alongside our trusted collaborators at Marvel Entertainment. Our teams are known for revisiting IPs and bringing their own twists and craft to the stories and the art surrounding them. As you will experience, it’s no different for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.
