Yoshi and the Mysterious Book Announced for Nintendo Switch 2, Launching Spring 2026

Nintendo has revealed the next whimsical entry in the Yoshi series: Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, arriving on Nintendo Switch 2 in Spring 2026. A new trailer introduced players to a charming but puzzling storybook world where Yoshi and his friends will leap into the unknown.

A Talking Book Falls from the Sky

The adventure begins when a peculiar talking book named Mr. E suddenly plummets onto Yoshi’s island. Filled with strange knowledge of unusual creatures, the book sparks curiosity and trouble. Yoshi, ever the helpful hero, decides to investigate what secrets the pages hold, setting the stage for a journey across new and imaginative worlds.
