The game launches on November 18, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
A Snowy Jellyfish Fields and Mount Bikini
In the latest content reveal trailer, SpongeBob and Patrick must brave the newly snow-covered Jellyfish Fields before making their way up the climb to Mount Bikini. But the cold weather has one major consequence: Hibernation Sandy awakens, and she’s not happy about being disturbed.
Ghost Boards and New Gameplay Mechanics
The trailer also highlights a brand-new gameplay mechanic: jellyfishing on the Ghost Board surfboard, which adds a fresh layer of challenge and mobility to SpongeBob’s latest adventure.

SpongeBob and Patrick must team up to save their world from “total ghostification,” exploring iconic undersea locations, battling massive bosses, and facing their fears all while bringing the show’s trademark humor and nautical nonsense to life.
