Blue Archive has released its new “Winter Sky’s Renaissance: Thesis on Cultural Exchange” update on Steam and mobile, adding a new event story, student recruitments, and more.
The latest update introduces Takane and Yakumo from Red Winter Federal Academy, along with a new event centered on their infiltration of Trinity General School.
New student recruitment event now live
The new pick-up recruitment event features Takane and Yakumo as the latest recruitable students.
According to Nexon, Takane is designed around healing support, offering HP recovery for low-health allies while also providing critical buffs and added damage support. Yakumo focuses on grouping enemies together and boosting ally critical damage to improve overall team output.
The recruitment event runs through April 20 at 5:59 PM PT.
New event story follows Takane and Yakumo
The update also adds the event story “Winter Sky’s Renaissance: Thesis on Cultural Exchange.” In this story, Takane and Yakumo infiltrate Trinity General School in order to sell books, with the plot following the misunderstandings and complications that unfold during the mission.
The new story expands the game’s ongoing setting in Kivotos, where players act as an advisor to SCHALE, the Federal Investigation Club, while working with students from multiple academies across the city.
