Polyarc has announced Moss: The Forgotten Relic, a new fantasy adventure starring Quill, the mouse hero of the Moss series. The game launches this summer for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
The announcement included a new teaser trailer showcasing the game’s living storybook world and its mix of exploration, puzzles, and combat.
Quill Returns in a Reimagined Storybook Adventure
Moss: The Forgotten Relic follows Quill on a new journey through a fallen kingdom reclaimed by nature. Players guide her through dangerous locations, solve handcrafted environmental puzzles, and uncover hidden secrets across diorama-like spaces.
The game also brings back the series’ “Twofold” design, in which players control Quill while interacting with the world as the Reader, her guardian.
Accessibility and New Enhancements
The Forgotten Relic includes optional skip combat accessibility, an orchestral soundtrack from Jason Graves, new cutscenes, updated camera systems, modernized visuals, and platform-specific enhancements.
Polyarc says more details will be revealed during IGN Live, running June 6-8.
