Atlus has officially announced Persona 6, the next mainline entry in the long-running RPG series. The reveal came during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026, giving fans their first confirmation of the next major Persona game.
Persona 6 will launch after Persona 4 Revival, which is set to release on February 18, 2027.
A New Persona Story Begins
Persona 6 will feature a fresh standalone story and a new cast of characters.
Atlus says the game will keep the series’ familiar mix of daily life, character bonds, and supernatural adventure while introducing a new setting and mystery for players to explore.
P-Studio Director Kazuhisa Wada said the team is looking forward to sharing more about its work on Persona 6 after Persona 4 Revival.
Coming to Xbox Game Pass
Persona 6 is confirmed for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC. It will also be available day one through Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
The game will support Xbox Play Anywhere, allowing players to access it across Xbox consoles and Xbox on PC.
Persona 6 is also coming to PlayStation 5 and Steam, with wishlists for those platforms planned for a later date.
A release date has not been announced.
