Atlus has announced that Persona 6 and Persona 4 Revival are both coming to Nintendo Switch 2.
The news came during yesterday’s Nintendo Direct, where Atlus also confirmed that Persona 4 Revival will launch for Nintendo Switch 2 on May 20, 2027.
Persona 6 Heads to Switch 2
Persona 6 will bring Atlus’ long-running RPG series to Nintendo Switch 2.
The next mainline entry will feature a new cast, a standalone story, daily life elements, and supernatural RPG action.
Persona 6 is also planned for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, PlayStation 5, and Steam. It will be available day one through Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass, and will support Xbox Play Anywhere.
Persona 4 Revival Gets a Switch 2 Date
Persona 4 Revival is a remake of the classic RPG set in the rural town of Inaba.
Players take on the role of a teenage transfer student who joins his friends to form the Investigation Team, as they look into a series of strange murders tied to the Midnight Channel.
Persona 4 Revival launches February 18, 2027, for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, PlayStation 5, and Steam. The Nintendo Switch 2 version follows on May 20, 2027.
Pre-orders are available now on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, PlayStation 5, and Steam.
Game Pass and Xbox Play Anywhere Confirmed
Persona 4 Revival will be available day one through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Like Persona 6, it will also support Xbox Play Anywhere.
Metaphor: ReFantazio Also Coming to Switch 2
Atlus also noted that Metaphor: ReFantazio is still on the way to Nintendo Switch 2.
The fantasy RPG launches for Nintendo Switch 2 on November 12, 2026. It is currently available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Steam, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4.
Atlus Builds Its Switch 2 Lineup
With Persona 6, Persona 4 Revival, and Metaphor: ReFantazio, Atlus has three major RPGs headed to Nintendo Switch 2.
Persona 4 Revival arrives on the platform on May 20, 2027, while Persona 6 does not yet have a release date.
