NC has opened sign-ups for the Cinder City US pre-alpha playtest, giving players an early look at the upcoming cinematic third-person shooter.
The test will run from August 14-16 and will focus on early campaign missions with several hours of gameplay.
Playtest Schedule
The Cinder City pre-alpha playtest will be available during set evening windows across three days.
Players in the US can sign up now for a chance to take part. NC lists the current playtest schedule as Friday, August 14 from 5-9 PM PT, Saturday, August 15 from 5-11 PM PT, and Sunday, August 16 from 5-11 PM PT.
A Post-Apocalyptic Seoul Shooter
Cinder City was previously known as Project LLL and was formally introduced at Gamescom 2025.
The game takes place in post-apocalyptic Seoul and centers on cinematic third-person shooting, a large city map, and multiplayer PvE challenges. Players will cooperate as they take on missions across the city.
Sign-Ups Are Live
The pre-alpha test focuses on US players and gives NC a chance to gather feedback before launch.
