Nexon has announced that Sudden Attack Zero Point will hold its Final Closed Beta Test from July 9 through July 13 PT. The free-to-play FPS remaster will use the test to show off improved content, new events, and updates shaped by feedback from last year’s Steam Next Fest demo and closed beta.
The test will include 13 primary weapons, four secondary weapons, more than 200 exclusive primary weapon parts, 36 shared weapon parts, weapon skins, and 10 characters with different traits.
Maps, Modes, and Practice Options
The Final Closed Beta will include two maps built for close-quarters combat and four maps for Bomb Defusal Mode. Players will also be able to try a practice mode and Bot Team Deathmatch.
Sudden Attack Zero Point is built around fast tactical FPS combat, with aim, positioning, reaction time, and quick decisions deciding each fight. Nexon is keeping the structure focused on short rounds, simple UI, and quick access to matches.
In-Game Events and Rewards
Several events will run during the test. The Daily Login Event will give players SP currency and Key Cards, which can open Crates earned through gameplay.
The Playtime Event will reward SP currency based on time spent in-game, while the Match Victory Event will grant an Epic Skin Parts Crate after earning a win.
The Black Market Event will give Event Tokens for completed missions. Select players will also receive chosen rewards at the start of the Final Closed Beta to use during the test period.
Weapon Customization and Black Market
Sudden Attack Zero Point will feature a weapon customization system that lets players change parts affecting recoil, reload speed, appearance, and other traits.
The Black Market will also allow players to trade weapon skins, parts, and other earned items with one another, adding another layer of progression beyond match performance.
A Remaster Built With Community Feedback
Nexon says the development team has continued responding to player feedback through developer diaries and letters, explaining design choices and future plans for Sudden Attack Zero Point.
The Final Closed Beta Test runs from July 9 through July 13 PT.
