Grand Theft Auto VI has previewed six radio stations spanning Latin music, country, African music, metal, pop, and Southern hip-hop. Rockstar Games also revealed on-demand podcasts, plus headphones and earbuds that let you keep listening after you leave your vehicle.
Station previews are now available on the official GTA VI website, offering an early sample of Leonida’s music and radio personalities.
Six GTA 6 Radio Stations Available to Preview
Each station features its own hosts and musical focus:
- Cocoteo FM: El Martillo and La Gata host modern Latin music, including bachata, merengue, dembow, and reggaeton.
- Back Country Radio: MW and Delta Dawne play renegade country music for the Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, and beyond.
- AfroBank FM: Burna and Palmsy curate African music spanning 20th-century classics and contemporary sounds such as amapiano and 3-step.
- The Chamber 106.6: DJ Kerry and DJ Tom deliver classic metal from the 1980s and beyond.
- Flash FM: Robyn and Alex host the returning Vice City institution’s pop selection.
- Dirty South Classics: Trick and Trina showcase Southern rap and hip-hop classics.
Back Country Radio also features Mud Dog Mike, a roving reporter and swamp meteorologist broadcasting from his Grassrivers airboat. Rockstar describes him as Delta Dawne’s not-so-secret lover, so expect some personal business mixed into his reports.
Listen to Radio and Podcasts Outside Your Vehicle
Grand Theft Auto VI introduces on-demand podcasts for the first time in the series. You can listen to them and the radio while driving or exploring on foot.
The new headphones and earbuds connect to your character’s smartphone, letting you take your listening beyond the car. Stepping out of a vehicle no longer means leaving its radio programming behind.
You can hear the six station previews in the Music section of the official GTA VI website. Rockstar will share further details later, including information about the game’s dynamic score.
