The Switch 2 Edition adds new fishing gear and an Ice Fishing stage. Mouse controls provide another way to catch fish, while extra story content and requests expand the adventure.
The upgrade also improves visuals and gameplay performance. According to Natsume, loading between fishing areas is more than twice as fast on Switch 2.
Spend Summer’s Final Days With Three Friends
Reel Fishing: Days of Summer follows three friends as they make the most of their remaining summer days with one last fishing trip.
You can catch more than 40 fish species across 14 fishing spots and craft over 50 types of tackle. The three main characters have different personalities and abilities, with character growth and quests adding RPG elements to the fishing.
Players can also place caught fish in an aquarium for a closer look.
