Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis has introduced the actor behind one of Lara Croft’s rivals. Amazon Game Studios and Crystal Dynamics have released a new making-of mini-documentary featuring Bradley Snedeker as Larson Conway.
The episode explores how the team is developing Larson for its reimagining of Lara’s 1996 debut adventure, which launches February 12, 2027.
Bradley Snedeker Brings Larson Conway to Life
Crystal Dynamics Design Director Jason Epps said Snedeker’s voice immediately felt right for the role. His performance also helped the team add emotional depth to Larson while retaining the character’s lighter side.
“I think we’ve made real strides to amplify Larson, and make him a meaningful character,” Epps said.
Larson shares a “friendly” rivalry with Lara, constantly trying to outdo her and prove he belongs on her level. He usually ends up a step behind, feeding his determination to earn recognition.
According to Epps, Larson wants to succeed but has never felt accepted or properly credited. That need to prove himself drives his actions as the story unfolds.
