Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader will receive its final DLC, Processional of the Damned, on December 8, 2026. The expansion adds a storyline, a recruitable companion, a melee-focused archetype, enemies, equipment, and a Madness system that affects the crew.
Like the previous three DLCs, Processional of the Damned integrates into the main campaign, adding quests throughout the existing story. Its central expedition takes the Rogue Trader into a vast graveyard of voidships, where finding a way out becomes the immediate priority.
Recruit Stella and Enter a Voidship Graveyard
The new companion is Stella, a miraculist raised by the Order of Saint Cognatius. Despite her frail appearance, she possesses powerful psychic abilities and leads the Rogue Trader’s party to the Processional of the Damned.
The expedition goes wrong when the group becomes trapped among the abandoned vessels. Escaping requires cooperation with survivors from a lost missionary expedition and a deeper push into a graveyard filled with enemy ships.
The story also asks who drew Stella to the Processional and what they hoped to accomplish. Her connection to the expedition gives the new companion a central role in the DLC’s mystery, rather than simply adding another recruit to your roster.
Zealot Archetype Focuses on Melee Combat
The Zealot joins the game’s playable archetypes, focusing on bludgeoning enemies in close combat. It offers another direction for character builds alongside the DLC’s additional equipment.
A new feature called Madness will affect all companions, adding another concern for your party during the adventure. The announcement doesn’t yet explain its effects or how players will manage it.
The expansion also introduces enemies from the Archenemy and Aeldari, giving the crew additional opposition as it works through the ship graveyard.
Final Expansion Arrives in December
Processional of the Damned closes out Rogue Trader’s DLC lineup while keeping its quests within the main campaign. Players will encounter its additions as part of the broader Koronus Expanse adventure.
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is available on PC through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG, as well as on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch 2. The final DLC arrives on December 8.
