Chromascape will launch October 1, 2026, for Nintendo Switch and Steam, bringing a hand-drawn 2D top-down adventure built around color-based puzzles.
The single-player game follows Luna, who can absorb color and share it with places that need it.
Color Powers the Puzzles
Chromascape takes place on Palette Planet, a setting sustained by color.
Luna’s power lets her use different colors to solve environmental puzzles. Warm colors can light fires, while cool colors can freeze water. Players will need to use those properties to move forward and reach new areas.
Luna Meets Companions Along the Way
Luna will also meet characters who help her access places she could not reach alone.
Those companions play into the game’s puzzle design, giving players new ways to interact with the land and progress through the story.
Hand-Drawn 2D Art
Chromascape uses soft hand-drawn 2D art for its top-down adventure structure.
The game’s visual style supports its color theme, with Luna bringing warmth and color back through the places she visits.
