Evil Dead: The Game Summons a Gameplay Reveal

Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games took to today’s Summer Game Fest to reveal gameplay for their upcoming horror title, Evil Dead: The Game.The new trailer gives players a look at what it’s like to control the legendary Deadite-slayer Ash Williams, as well as other memorable characters from across the Evil Dead franchise. Players can even control the Kandarian demon that opposes the survivors, and literally scare the players to death, according to Bruce Campbell.

The game is said to feature numerous locations from across the franchise, all-new dialogue from Bruce Campbell, more than 25 weapons, and a variety of skill trees to power up each character.

Evil Dead: The Game is set to release this year for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC. For more information, check out the trailer above.
