A War of Science (and Weird Science)
For decades, Martians have secretly abducted humans and animals to harvest their atomic essence. Now, they’ve returned for a full-scale invasion, launching an assault with saucers, grav-tanks, and elite alien warriors. Earth’s last hope lies in a ragtag group of commanders armed with a wild but deadly invention: the Splice-O-Tron.
This experimental device lets players combine humans with animals, creating an army of hybrid super-soldiers. Strike fast with cheetah-fly scouts, demolish enemies with rhino-humans, or ambush foes using the terrifying squirrel-cow infantry.
Relic Entertainment CEO Justin Dowdeswell describes the game as:
“A Relic twist on the Advance Wars formula, infused with our DNA, while harkening back to some of our earlier titles. With Earth vs Mars, we’re exploring new strategy sub-genres through Relic Labs, our new label focused on smaller, indie-style games.”
Key Features:
- Single-Player Campaign – A narrative-driven campaign with 30+ handcrafted missions.
- Online Multiplayer – Play as Earth or the Martians in competitive PvP battles. More details coming soon!
- VS Mode – Take on AI-controlled opponents in custom battles.
- Map Editor – Create and share custom maps and scenarios (details to come).
- Splice-O-Tron – Fuse humans and animals to create unique hybrid units.

As players progress, they’ll unlock new creatures, upgrade units, and harness powerful commander abilities. But beware—Martians evolve too, deploying new bio-weapons like The Creep and their own terrifying mutant monstrosities.
