Bandai Namco is bringing its long-running arcade golf series to new platforms with Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots, launching September 5th on Nintendo Switch, PC, and PlayStation 5. Developed by HYDE, the game marks a new chapter in the beloved Everybody’s Golf franchise—known as Hot Shots Golf in North America—with more characters, courses, modes, and zany challenges than ever before.
Pre-orders are now available for all platforms, and players who reserve their copy early will unlock a playable PAC-MAN character right out of the gate. The reveal came with a new systems trailer showcasing the series’ signature blend of pick-up-and-play mechanics and rich, customizable gameplay.
Classic Swinging, Wacky Golfing
Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots keeps the series’ iconic three-button swing system, making it easy to get into the game while offering a high skill ceiling for pros. Players can choose from over 25 characters, each with their own playstyle, unlockable special shots, and personalized stats. With caddies offering advice and upgrades, there’s always something to work toward—even between holes.
The game spans 10 stylized courses across a globe-trotting campaign, featuring character-driven interactions and dynamic weather that can alter your shot strategy mid-round. And if you want to take things less seriously? The all-new “Wacky Golf” mode introduces unpredictable hazards, zany course modifiers, and fun multiplayer variants like Colorful Golf and Dokkan Golf.
