SunderBound Announced as Co-Op Roguelite Shooter Coming in 2026

Kipi Interactive has announced SunderBound, a frantic new co-op top-down shooter with roguelite elements, launching in 2026 for PC on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Players will climb through a decaying mega-tower where survival depends on tactics, upgrades, and trust in your partner.

Built for Two (or One With AI)

SunderBound is designed from the ground up for two-player co-op, whether via local couch play, online multiplayer, or with an AI companion for solo adventurers. Every floor is procedurally generated with unique layouts, ambushes, and modifiers, making each climb unpredictable.

Tactical Mayhem Meets Roguelite Progression

Unlike traditional twin-stick shooters, teamwork is essential. Flanking, syncing class abilities, and smart use of cover are just as important as pulling the trigger. Between floors, players can earn, buy, or craft gear to tailor their builds—mixing perks, weapons, and augments for unique playstyles.
