Sega dropped a trio of big announcements during today’s Nintendo Direct, highlighting what’s next for the Nintendo Switch 2. Fans can look forward to a free demo of Persona 3 Reload, pre-orders for Two Point Museum, and a Winter release window for Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage on Switch 2.
Step Into the Dark Hour With Persona 3 Reload
The Nintendo Switch 2 demo for Persona 3 Reload lets players dive into the game’s opening chapters, stepping into the shoes of the new transfer student caught in the supernatural world of the Dark Hour. The demo takes players through the story’s setup and leads directly into the first major boss battle against a towering Shadow.
Best of all, save data from the demo carries over to the full game, letting players continue their journey seamlessly.
Persona 3 Reload launches for Switch 2 on October 23, 2025, with pre-orders now open. Pre-ordering comes with an exclusive Persona 4 Golden BGM set as a bonus. The game is also already available on Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, and Windows.
Build Your Dream Exhibit in Two Point Museum
Two Point Museum officially opens its doors for Switch 2 on October 28, 2025, with pre-orders now live. From the makers of Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus, this quirky management sim lets players design and run their own museums.
Curators-in-training can send teams of semi-prepared experts on expeditions for rare artifacts, then proudly showcase their findings. With customization, strategic management, and that trademark Two Point humor, Two Point Museum is set to be another crowd-pleaser.
Virtua Fighter R.E.V.O. World Stage Prepares to Enter the Ring
Rounding out Sega’s announcements, Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage will arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 this Winter, following its October 30, 2025, release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
This latest evolution of the iconic 3D fighter introduces rollback netcode, cross-play support, and a brand-new single-player mode designed to keep the action fresh both online and offline. PC players who already own Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. will receive a free update to World Stage on October 30th.
