Capcom has released a playable demo for Pragmata, giving players their first hands-on experience with the upcoming sci-fi action adventure ahead of its April launch. Revealed during today’s Nintendo Direct, the Pragmata Sketchbook Demo is available now on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
A First Hands-On Look at Capcom’s Sci-Fi Action Adventure
Set in the near future on a cold, abandoned lunar research station, Pragmata follows spacefarer Hugh and his android companion Diana as they attempt to return to Earth after the station’s AI classifies them as hostile threats. The demo introduces the game’s signature blend of third-person shooting, hacking mechanics, and environmental exploration.
Revisit the Lunar Research Station to Uncover Hidden Surprises
Capcom is encouraging players to replay the demo, as it includes hidden surprises and features that may only appear after multiple playthroughs. The Sketchbook Demo serves as an early look at the game’s combat systems and atmosphere, though some features may differ from the final release.
Pragmata Launches April 24, 2026
