Digital Vortex Entertainment and developer Dream Dock will showcase Dreadmoor at BitSummit Punch 2026, taking place May 23-24 in Kyoto. The appearance will also mark the first public reveal of the game’s Japanese localization.
Dreadmoor is a dark first-person fishing adventure set in a flooded world shaped by catastrophe.
Fishing, Exploration, and Madness
The BitSummit demo will include Dreadmoor’s core fishing mechanics, a full day-night cycle, and narrative systems tied to infection and madness.
The game blends atmospheric exploration with fishing-based gameplay, gradually building out its story as players move through its ruined world.
Launching Later This Year
Dreadmoor is scheduled to launch in Q4 2026 on PC via Steam.
