Sunny Lab and Silver Lining Interactive have announced that The Witch’s Bakery will launch in August 2026 for Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
The cozy adventure RPG follows Lunne, a young witch opening a magical bakery in modern-day Paris.
Cécile Corbel Composes the Main Theme
The developers also announced that Cécile Corbel will compose the game’s main theme. Corbel is known for her work on Studio Ghibli’s The Secret World of Arrietty.
Her music can be heard in the new trailer revealed during the Cozy Game Awards Showcase.
Physical Editions Announced
The Witch’s Bakery will also receive physical editions for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. Pre-orders are open through Silver Lining Direct and participating retailers for $34.99.
Each physical copy includes the game and a digital cookbook inspired by French bakeries.
A Magical Bakery Adventure in Paris
In The Witch’s Bakery, players will bake magical goods, explore Paris, and help heal the hearts of the people they meet. The game previously ran a successful Kickstarter campaign and has passed 150,000 Steam wishlists.
