E3 2012: Splinter Cell: Blacklist Announced, Coming Spring 2013

During the Microsoft E3 press conference this morning, Ubisoft showed off a gameplay demonstration for Splinter Cell: Blacklist, the next installment in the Splinter Cell franchise in development at Ubisoft Toronto.

The setting for Blacklist takes place in various locales where a terrorist group insisting that US troops be removed from their countries. Kinect voice recognition is used to yell at enemies in-game as well as call for support. The ‘mark and execute’ ability returns from Conviction, allowing Fisher to mark several enemies at once and then taking them out in one move.
