Dead or Alive 5 Reveals More Than the Cover

Tecmo Koei just wanted me to let you guys know that they’re showing off the cover for the new DoA game, oh yea and some in-game screenshots of the female characters in their swimsuits.

Fun Fact: these swimsuit pictures were massive files even hitting 20MB in size at resolutions of 11520×6480.

Dead or Alive 5 releases on September 25th for the PS3 and Xbox 360

DEAD OR ALIVE 5 incorporates a variety of martial arts fighting techniques into its distinctive fighting style to create a powerful new generation of DEAD OR ALIVE combat. In the game, players will once again take on the roles of the cast of DOA fighters in an action-packed brawler set in visually striking locations from around the world. The famed DEAD OR ALIVE hand-to-hand combat unfolds in new 3D stages that dynamically change as the fight progresses. The game’s sterling cast includes not only stars from the DOA series but also select fighters from iconic Virtua Fighter series.

Pre-order and Collector’s Edition premiums for the game reflect both the game’s new look and feel and the core franchise’s fighting legacy with sensual in-game swimsuits for female characters. Available exclusively at GameStop, the game’s Collector’s Edition pulls out all the stops to provide a rich package of physical and in-game items for fans, all enclosed in a sleek embossed steel case that keeps the precious goods inside safe. DEAD OR ALIVE 5 will be available for an MSRP of $59.99 for the regular edition and $79.99 for the Collector’s Edition.
