Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Emerges During Ubisoft Forward

To cap-off the Ubisoft Forward showcase, a game set in the Avatar universe, titled Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, was shown with a trailer. The game was revealed by Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot, and is set to come out for PC in 2022 and on the Stadia in the future. No gameplay was shown in the trailer, but the incredible visuals give players a good idea of what they can expect visually from Frontiers of Pandora.

In a press release, Ubisoft described the game’s premise:

In this new, standalone story, play as a Na’vi and embark on a journey across the Western Frontier, a never-before-seen part of Pandora. Explore a living and reactive world inhabited by unique creatures and new characters, and push back the formidable RDA forces that threaten it.
