In a surprise announcement for the SaGa series, Square Enix announced at the Nintendo Direct that a full HD remake of Romancing SaGa 2 will be released on October 24 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
Titled Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven, this is a ground-up remake of the 1993 classic that features modern graphics, reworked gameplay, both original and arranged soundtracks, Japanese and English voice options, and other enhancements, with a free-form scenario structure where your choices impact the story’s development.
Digital preorders are open now for all platforms except for the Nintendo Switch. In additional to the digital release, physical copies will also be available for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5.
