Cooking Companions Simmers with Psychological Horror on Consoles April 29

Get ready to question what’s really cooking—Cooking Companions, the unsettling psychological horror visual novel, is heading to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox on April 29th.

Originally known for its creepy twist on dating sims and Eastern European folklore, Cooking Companions puts you deep in the Tatras Mountains, surrounded by rising floodwaters and dwindling supplies. What starts as a cozy getaway with some friendly faces quickly boils over into something much darker. Think less “Top Chef” and more “Top Survivor.”

You’ll need to build relationships, make the right choices, and keep your companions happy—unless you’d rather find out what happens when you’re the next course. Will you butter up the right person, or wind up diced and done?

Alongside the digital release, a Cooking Companions Premium Edition is also available for PlayStation 5, featuring some sweet (and eerie) physical goodies:

  • Physical PS5 copy
  • Illustrated inner coversheet
  • Lenticular kitchen conversion card
  • Glitter sticker sheet
  • Reversible chipboard standees

Cooking Companions launches April 29 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox. Pre-orders and wishlists are now live across all platforms.
