Milano’s Odd Job Collection Launches in the West on December 9 for PC and Consoles

XSEED Games has announced that the long-awaited Western debut of Milano’s Odd Job Collection, a beloved 1999 PlayStation classic never before released outside Japan, will arrive on December 9, 2025. The nostalgic 32-bit era game will launch digitally for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows PC via Steam, GOG, and the Windows Store for $14.99.

In addition, XSEED confirmed that owners of the Switch version will receive a free Nintendo Switch 2 Upgrade Pack at a later date.

This first-ever Western release fully modernizes the game while preserving its retro charm. It includes English and Japanese voice options, English subtitles, and quality-of-life features such as save states, a rewind function, support for modern resolutions, and trophies/achievements.

A Summer of Work, Wonder, and Whimsy

Set in a quaint seaside town, Milano’s Odd Job Collection follows 11-year-old Milano, who finds herself spending summer vacation alone after her mother is hospitalized and her uncle leaves on a trip. Determined to make the most of her time, she takes up a series of quirky part-time jobs from pizza delivery to cow milking to nursing patients across 40 in-game days of heartwarming slice-of-life adventures.

Each mini-game offers new challenges, rewards, and charming characters to meet, all wrapped in a story that celebrates independence, kindness, and the joy of simple summer days.
