FuturLab is getting ready to spray away the grime once more as PowerWash Simulator 2 officially launches on October 23, 2025, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. The studio announced the release date today, accompanied by a brand-new “mandatory training video,” which prepares players for their first day on the job in Caldera County.
The Next Level of Cleaning Zen
PowerWash Simulator 2 builds on the original’s deeply satisfying cleaning gameplay with new tools, jobs, and multiplayer options, all while keeping its signature stress-free vibe. This time around, cleaners will tackle 38 career jobs, restore furniture, and even decorate their own home base, complete with a bit of controlled chaos (and cat fur).
Players can expect a mix of classic and fresh mechanics, including abseiling and scissor lifts for tackling vertical grime, multi-stage jobs that evolve mid-wash, and an expanded upgrade system for soaps, nozzles, and tools.
Clean Alone or With Friends
Whether you prefer peaceful solo scrubbing or chaotic co-op cleaning, PowerWash Simulator 2 offers both:
- Split-Screen Co-op for two players locally.
- Online Multiplayer for up to four players with shared progression.
And yes, Ulysses the cat and her kittens return as your furry companions, following you around each cleanup and demanding affection between sprays.
Key Features
- Split-Screen & Online Multiplayer (up to 4 players)
- Abseiling & Scissor Lift mechanics for vertical cleaning
- 38 Career Mode jobs with evolving objectives

- Cat companions — because every cleaner deserves moral support
A Bigger, Shinier Caldera County
From retro roller discos and campfire clear-ups to mining trucks and even a giant novelty teapot, the sequel takes players across a bigger and more bizarre map than ever before. The team promises that while time doesn’t exist in Caldera County, your start date absolutely does, on October 23.
