Witchspire will launch in Steam Early Access on June 10, 2026, developer Envar Games announced during the Galaxies Showcase.
The open-world co-op adventure puts players in the role of witches chosen to fight back a spreading corruption, using magic, crafting, exploration, and creature companions across a hand-crafted fantasy world.
Open-world co-op adventure set across multiple biomes
In Witchspire, players can explore the world solo or with others in online co-op while traveling across two biomes by broomstick and on foot.
The Early Access version will include a range of activities and systems, such as crafting, farming, logging, mining, and magic-based abilities that affect the environment.
Combat, customization, and familiars
The game also features several combat options, including spellblades, wands, scrolls, Tomes, and summoned allies.
Players can collect familiars, including rare variants, and bring them into battle. Character customization is also included, along with selectable Covens, each offering a starting outfit and passive bonus.
Progression is tied to character leveling and the Luminaries tech tree, which expands available abilities and upgrades.
Shared sanctuary building included
Alongside exploration and combat, Witchspire features a shared sanctuary system in which players can build and customize a base for their coven and familiars.
Envar Games says the building system uses astral projection to help players place structures and adjust layouts more freely.
