Singularity 6 has released the Royal Highlands expansion for Palia, adding a new Adventure Zone, mounts, story content, quests, and a new character named Eshelon. The update is available now across all platforms where Palia is playable.
Players can begin the Royal Highlands questline by traveling from the De Mer Docks in Elderwood.
Horses Come to Palia
The expansion introduces mounts to Palia, starting with horses. Players can ride across the new Royal Highlands map, manage stamina, adjust gaits, and raise their own stable through new breeding and ranching systems.
The update also adds new premium riding collections, including Highland Champion, Ashwood Ranger, Paddock Prime, and Courser Casual.
New Story, Quests, and Discoverables
The Royal Highlands expands Palia’s main story with a focus on Ancient Human lore. Players will meet Eshelon, heir to the Bahari Dukedom and an expert on Ancient Human devices, as he investigates strange activity in the region.
The new zone also includes side quests, puzzles, campsites, Ancient artifacts tied to the Enfield family, Amber Echo currency, and new creatures, insects, fish, mining materials, and recipes.
Housing and Customization Updates
The expansion adds the Ancient Human Home Line, Rococo-inspired decor, and a new Lunar Path called Path of the Pony. Players can also unlock a housing capstone that allows three-story homes.
A new clothing dye system has also been added, giving outfits four customizable aspects.
