Snoozy Kazoo, the LGBTQ+-led indie studio behind Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion and Turnip Boy Robs a Bank, has announced that Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to My Heart will launch on Steam on September 17, 2026.
The announcement was made during the Gayming Pride Parade showcase as part of Summer Game Fest, alongside a new gameplay trailer and an expanded Steam demo available to download now.
Flirt Your Way Through a Monster-Filled Dungeon
In Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to My Heart, players step into the shoes of Taffy, a self-described weakling adventurer whose powerful dragon ex-girlfriend has stolen all their belongings and disappeared to the bottom of a dangerous dungeon.
Without much combat ability of their own, Taffy must rely on a growing party of Monster Girls to survive. Building relationships is more than a story mechanic, as affection and social interactions directly influence turn-based battles.
New Demo Adds Sleepovers, Bosses, and More
The newly updated demo introduces several new features ahead of launch.
Players can experience Sleepover mini-games, where they spend time chatting with Monster Girls to raise affection levels. The demo also includes a redesigned Monsterpedia that provides additional details about party members and their personalities, helping players better understand combat interactions and relationship dynamics.
A new boss encounter has also been added to the playable build.
Relationship-Driven RPG Combat
Snoozy Kazoo describes the game as a relationship-focused RPG where social bonds and party dynamics play a major role in combat effectiveness.
Players will recruit dozens of Monster Girls throughout their adventure, each featuring distinct personalities and reactions. Managing relationships becomes increasingly important as party members interact with one another and respond to the player’s choices.
