Kodansha has announced that Bokura will launch digitally for Nintendo Switch 2 on July 29, 2026. The two-player co-op puzzle adventure from solo developer tokoronyori will be priced at $4.99.
Players who pre-order the Nintendo Switch 2 version can get a 20% discount.
Two Players, Two Realities
Bokura follows two boys who run away from home and faint after a strange incident. When they wake up, each boy sees a different reality.
One sees nature. The other sees machines. To move forward, both players need to explain what they see, coordinate actions, and solve side-scrolling co-op puzzles together.
GameChat Support on Switch 2
The Nintendo Switch 2 version supports GameChat, giving players a built-in way to talk through puzzles and hazards.
That communication is central to Bokura’s structure, since each player has information the other does not. Progress depends on comparing perspectives and working through each obstacle together.
Part of Kodansha Game Lab’s Recent Lineup
Bokura first launched on Steam in 2023 and has received Overwhelmingly Positive player reviews.
It also marks the third recent release from Kodansha Game Lab, following Roger on Nintendo Switch 2, iOS, Android, and Steam, along with Wabisabi SushiDerby for Nintendo Switch and Steam.
