Regalcraft Games has announced that One Fenix Down will launch on Steam on September 28, 2026.
The debut turn-based RPG takes inspiration from 90s Japanese RPGs, pairing pixel art, hand-drawn character animation, party-driven storytelling, and strategic battles.
A Classic RPG Structure With Modern Combat
One Fenix Down follows a young idealist dismissed by his militant family as a war-dodger.
That changes when an ancient spirit grants him strange powers and gives him a message tied to “Fate.” From there, he becomes pulled into political tension, buried secrets, and a larger conspiracy.
Combat focuses on turn-based planning, elemental interactions, and party synergy. Players can use elemental magic, martial arts, traps, monster abilities, and character-specific Excedo Skills when each character’s Excedo meter fills.
14+ Playable Party Members
The full release includes more than 14 playable party members, with a rotating cast built to change party setups and tactics across the story.
Regalcraft says One Fenix Down will offer 40+ hours of play, along with hundreds of items and pieces of equipment to find.
Demo Coming to Steam Party-Based RPG Fest
One Fenix Down will appear in Steam’s Party-Based RPG Fest 2026, which runs from September 14-21.
The game will be featured in the Coming Soon showcase, giving players another chance to try the demo shortly before launch.
New Screenshots Released
To mark the release date announcement, Regalcraft Games has shared new screenshots showing the game’s characters, combat, and retro-inspired presentation.
