Remedy Entertainment has released the Control Resonant launch trailer ahead of the game’s September 24, 2026 release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Set to “My Favourite Game” by The Cardigans, the trailer puts Dylan Faden at the center of the action as he faces paranatural threats and uses different forms of the Aberrant.
Dylan Faden Takes the Lead
Control Resonant shifts the focus to Dylan Faden, who players will control throughout the sequel.
Dylan can use the Aberrant in different forms while fighting enemies and large-scale bosses across surreal environments affected by paranatural forces.
Digital Release Arrives September 24
Control Resonant launches digitally on September 24 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
GeForce NOW support will also be available at launch.
The Standard Edition costs $59.99, while the Digital Deluxe Edition costs $69.99.
PlayStation 5 players who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition receive 48-hour early access.

Pre-orders also include the Pickpocket’s Tool Artifact and Hiss Corruption Outfit for Dylan. PlayStation players receive an additional Occult Outfit.
Physical Editions Follow in October
Physical editions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S arrive October 15.
The $59.99 Standard Edition includes the base game, while the $69.99 SteelBook Edition adds a SteelBook case, three fine art prints, and a key art poster.
Control Resonant is also planned for Mac through Steam and the App Store later in 2026.
Remedy Entertainment will publish the game, with Annapurna Pictures co-financing and co-producing the project.
