Konami has announced that Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse will launch on October 15, 2026. Pre-orders are open now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, and Steam.
The Nintendo Switch version will receive its release date and pre-order details later.
Rose Belmont Takes Up the Whip
Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse stars Rose Belmont, daughter of Trevor Belmont, 23 years after the events of Castlevania III.
Set in Paris in 1499, the game follows Rose as she fights through the burning streets of the city, the catacombs beneath it, and the halls of Dracula’s castle.
Rose will use several weapons and skills, including the sacred Vampire Killer whip, as she battles monsters and bosses across the game’s gothic world.
A New 2D Castlevania Adventure
Belmont’s Curse is an exploration-based 2D action game developed by Konami, Evil Empire, and Motion Twin.
The new trailer, shown during the Xbox Games Showcase, revealed more gameplay, additional environments, bosses, and original artwork from illustrator and manga artist Katsuya Terada.
Pre-Order Bonuses and Midnight Edition
Players who pre-order or purchase early will receive the Alucard Style Costume.
