Empty Castle has released a new Jigrift demo on Steam as part of Wholesome Games Celebration.
The 3D jigsaw puzzle adventure is currently planned to launch on Steam and consoles later this year.
Rebuild an Island Piece by Piece
Jigrift lets players move across an island on foot, then switch to a bird’s-eye view to reassemble the land.
Players can put jigsaw pieces back where they belong to rebuild the island, or twist, flip, and move them in unusual ways to find hidden secrets.
Find Pieces Across the Island
Progress in Jigrift comes from finding and assembling pieces tied to trees, maps, bridges, totems, keys, and more.
Those pieces are hidden across the island, encouraging players to search the area closely as they figure out how each part fits back together.
Meet the Residents of Jigrift
The island’s residents have not seen a Scattering in years, so they are eager to meet the player and help out.
Jigrift also features tropical music that shifts around the personalities of the characters players meet.
The Jigrift demo is available now on Steam during Wholesome Games Celebration.
