Bandai Namco has released a new Elden Ring Tarnished Edition gameplay showcase ahead of the game’s August 28 launch on Nintendo Switch 2.
The video gives Nintendo players a closer look at character builds, spirit summons, co-op play, and the expanded package coming to the platform.
Build Your Tarnished
The gameplay showcase highlights how players can shape their Tarnished through combat style, gear, and player choice.
It also shows spirit summons, which can help turn difficult fights by drawing enemy attention or adding extra pressure during battles.
Co-Op Against the Lands Between
The trailer also points to online play, with players joining others to take on some of the game’s larger threats.
Elden Ring Tarnished Edition brings the full FromSoftware and Bandai Namco action RPG to Nintendo Switch 2, including the Lands Between and the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
New Content Included
Tarnished Edition includes the base game, Shadow of the Erdtree, and extra content made for this release.
That includes two new starting classes, new character armor, and the ability to customize Torrent, the player’s mount.
Pre-Orders Live Now
Elden Ring Tarnished Edition is available to pre-order now on Nintendo Switch 2.
The added starting classes, armor, and Torrent customization options will also be sold separately for Elden Ring on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
