Moon Studios has moved No Rest for the Wicked’s 1.0 launch window to March 2027, shifting the action RPG out of its previously planned October 2026 release.
The 1.0 release is now planned for PC and PlayStation 5 in March. Release timing for the Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 versions has not been set.
More Time for Polish
Moon Studios says the extra time will go toward gameplay performance, class system improvements, and added polish.
Creative Director Thomas Mahler also shared more details in a new community video, while the studio plans to keep updating players through its Wicked Inside developer diary series.
More Beta Tests Planned
The studio plans to hold additional closed beta tests in the months ahead.
An open beta is also planned for December, giving players another chance to provide feedback before the 1.0 release.
Founders Pack Cutoff Extended
Moon Studios has also extended the PC cutoff date for the Founders Pack to January 1, 2027.
Anyone who bought the game after the original July 10 cutoff will be included retroactively. PlayStation 5 pre-orders will begin in January, giving PS5 players a chance to receive the Founders Pack as well.
The pack includes the Spirit Cavern Secret Hideout, the Sayer’s Vow sword, a custom Founders Tag, and access to an exclusive Public Beta Test Realm after launch.
Available Now in Early Access
No Rest for the Wicked is available now in PC Early Access through Steam.
The game casts players as a Cerim, a member of a holy order tasked with fighting the Pestilence on Isola Sacra. Since Early Access began, Moon Studios has added major updates, including co-op multiplayer, PvP duels, and expanded combat options.
