MBC Game Studio has released the full 1001 Threads of Mizan gamescom demo playthrough, giving players a closer look at the pre-alpha build shown during the event last month.
The roughly 15–20 minute demo follows three playable heroes through a co-op mission featuring flying carpet traversal and combat against the Jinn Sand Knight.
Meet Yusra, Malik, and Sufyan
The demo follows Mizan heroes Yusra, Malik, and Sufyan as they cross the desert on flying carpets.
Their objective is to stop the Jinn Sand Knight before he can free the cursed jinn princess Nazjush Bint Danhash.
The footage shows how the three characters work together as they move between encounters and take on enemies across the desert.
Built Around Three-Player Co-Op
1001 Threads of Mizan is a one-to-three-player co-op action-adventure.
The gamescom build gave attendees an early look at its cooperative structure, combat, and traversal while the project remains in pre-alpha development.
MBC Game Studio has now released the full demo playthrough for players who couldn’t attend the event.
Inspired by One Thousand and One Nights
The game draws from Arabian fantasy and the lore of One Thousand and One Nights.
Its setting mixes jinn, cursed figures, flying carpets, and desert environments into the foundation for its cooperative action-adventure setup.
1001 Threads of Mizan was first revealed during gamescom Opening Night Live last month, with the playable demo available to attendees at the same time.
