Microsoft today spoke of how they’re expecting big Xbox 360 console sales over the 2008 holiday season after reaching 6 million units sold in Europe thanks to last weeks price cut.
Microsoft’s Chris Lewis had this to say:
“We’re supporting this momentum by putting launch-level investment into a European advertising campaign, launching this week, which shows how Xbox 360 is changing the way consumers experience entertainment”
In other news, Variety web blog is reporting that Avi Arad Productions has secured the rights to a Mass Effect movie from video game publisher Electronic Arts. We’ll keep you posted.
