Square-Enix released a new CGI trailer entitled “Battle of Valhalla” which covers an action-packed sequence featuring both Lightning and new XIII-2 character, Kaias. While the trailer doesn’t give much away about the story (something that arguably was ‘overdone’ with previous trailer releases), we certainly get to see more of Lightning’s fighting prowess as she seems to command multiple summons during the battle.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 comes out January 31, 2012, in North America for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
