Popucom Launches on PC With Colorful Co-Op Action and Rabbids Crossover

Grab a friend and get ready to color the world back to life—Popucom, the charming co-op 3D platformer from global publisher Gryphline, is officially available now for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Players can dive into the colorful chaos today with either the Standard Edition for $19.99 or the Deluxe Edition for $24.99, which includes the “Too Many Clothes” DLC packed with four full outfits and 12 cosmetic items. As a launch bonus, both editions are available at a limited-time 10% discount until June 15 at 8 p.m. PT.

A Co-Op Adventure Bursting With Color and Charm

Set on a mysterious alien planet, Popucom tasks players with solving puzzles, overcoming enemies, and restoring the world using the power of color. It features two main modes:

  • Story Mode (2-player co-op) with a narrative focus
  • Party Mode (3–4 players) is built for chaotic, high-energy fun

Both modes support online and local multiplayer, and accessibility options include a customizable colorblind mode and a color enhancement setting to boost visual clarity for key gameplay elements.

Gameplay Highlights:

  • Color-Switching Combat & Puzzles: Use colored Pomu gel to solve match-3-style puzzles and defeat enemies.
  • Super Artifacts: Discover items like Rollo the Bomb and Captain Kitty to overcome platforming challenges.
  • Mini-Games Galore: Head to the arcade to unwind with fun distractions between missions.
  • Style and Customization: Mix and match gear in the Closet system to stand out on your journey.

Rabbids Join the Party

To celebrate launch week, Gryphline also announced the Rabbids Chic Pack, a limited-time crossover DLC available for $4.99 until June 29. It features Rabbids-themed cosmetics, including:

  • “Bwahtastic Party” & “Rabbid Adventurer” hairstyles
  • “Rainboh BWAAAAHster” weapon set
  • “Rabbid Invader” sub-weapon
  • A “Rabbity-Wobble Pod” entry effect

Players who log in before June 15 will also unlock two bonus costume sets, adding to the game’s already robust customization options.

Popucom is available now for PC, with a PlayStation 5 version coming soon.
