Gryphline has announced that Arknights: Endfield will launch its next content update, Dreamscape of Wind and Snow, on September 2, 2026.
The update sends the Endministrator into the Snowy Forest, adds Typhoeus from the original Arknights, and later opens Suiming’s 15-minute time-loop map alongside the free Operator Purrchena.
Typhoeus Enters Arknights: Endfield
Typhoeus arrives from Rhodes Island as an icefield huntress with a strong interest in Sami legends.
Her story brings her to the Snowy Forest outside Yinglung Pass, where enchanted fog traps travelers in repeating paths. There, she joins the Endministrator and Chief Engineer Andre as they search for a way out and face the regional boss, Gloomwald’s Rage.
In combat, Typhoeus is a Nature Striker who uses a large bow, aerial attacks, and traps. She can leap into the air, target multiple enemies, avoid ground attacks, and deploy a Barrage Array to slow enemies before dealing Nature Burst damage.
A Nordic Folk-Electronic Score
Dreamscape of Wind and Snow will also add new music shaped by Sámi musical culture, JRPG influences, fantasy tones, and electronic production.
For this update, the team worked with Finnish electronic musician Vilma Jää, known for Control Resonant, to create a Nordic folk-electronic theme for the Snowy Forest.
Suiming Opens September 24
Suiming opens later in the update on September 24.
The new puzzle-exploration map turns an entire city into a puzzle built around a repeating 15-minute time loop. As tides rise and fall, new streets and routes appear, letting players collect parts needed to repair the Waking Bell before the Blight Tide arrives.
Each reset keeps the parts players found, allowing them to piece together the city’s layout and history across multiple loops.
Purrchena Can Be Recruited for Free
Also starting September 24, the Purrchena Tribute Event will let players recruit Purrchena for free.
Purrchena is a Physical Defender and Brand Ambassador for the Ætherside Syndrome Relief Foundation. In combat, she protects nearby teammates with her shield and delivers gift boxes that heal allies or trigger support effects.
Completing all six event missions will provide enough copies to maximize the Potential of Purrchena and her recommended weapon, Dessert Moment.

Dreamscape of Wind and Snow will also include Trial of the Bow, Chubby Lung Attacks, Runners’ Steeplechase, new Echoes of War seasons, and player-experience updates.
