During today’s Nintendo Direct, Digital Eclipse and Atari announced that Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection will officially launch digitally on October 30, 2025, bringing together a massive lineup of classic Mortal Kombat titles. Pre-orders for the digital edition open on September 15 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, with Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 details coming soon.

In addition to the games themselves, the Kollection features an interactive documentary chronicling Mortal Kombat’s legacy. Players can explore rare concept art, archival video footage, and interviews with original creators, both new and vintage.
