Hotta Studio brought its upcoming supernatural open-world RPG NTE (Neverness to Everness) to the spotlight at Tokyo Game Show 2025, giving attendees the very first public hands-on with the mobile version. The demo marked a major milestone ahead of the game’s planned 2026 global launch.
First Hands-On Mobile Demo
The TGS showcase offered the world’s first playable demo of NTE’s mobile version, letting fans step into its mysterious urban world. Attendees got to explore strange anomalies, try out new gameplay mechanics optimized for handheld devices, and experience how the supernatural setting translates to mobile hardware.
Developer Sessions and Surprises
Beyond the demo, Hotta Studio hosted developer Q&A sessions, where players learned more about the technical work behind bringing a large-scale open-world RPG to phones. New footage tailored specifically for mobile devices was also shown, offering an exclusive first look at gameplay refinements. To mark the occasion, attendees could also grab limited-edition commemorative merchandise, available while supplies lasted.
A World of Anomalies and Freedom

Players will navigate a living environment filled with anomalies, mysteries, and diverse storylines, balancing daily life with larger, supernatural events. Hotta Studio describes the experience as one where “freedom of choice” plays a core role in both exploration and storytelling.
