Idea Factory International has announced that Mado Monogatari: Fia and the Wondrous Academy, the latest entry in the long-running Mado Monogatari series, will officially launch on Steam in 2026. The game is currently available physically and digitally for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, with a Steam page set to go live at a later date.

Created by Compile in the late 80s and 90s for the MSX and PC-98, Mado Monogatari established itself as a hallmark of Japanese dungeon-crawling RPGs, known for its charming characters and magical settings.
