Spike Chunsoft, Inc. has announced the Shuten Order Steam Ministry Edition, a limited physical release available exclusively via the Spike Chunsoft Store US. Launching ahead of the game’s September 5 release on PC and Nintendo Switch, this exclusive bundle includes a Steam voucher, sticker sheet, and a collectible clear file—all for $59.99. Pre-orders are now open for U.S. customers.
To accompany the announcement, Spike Chunsoft has also released a new wave of character introduction trailers, revealing a trio of key cast members and their voice actors:
- Himeru (VA: Aoi Yuki), an impulsive “angel” messenger of God with a grudge against Shuten.
- Mikotoru (VA: Toshiyuki Morikawa), a calm and calculated counterpart to Himeru.
- Rei Shimobe (VA: Mitsuki Saiga), the amnesiac detective protagonist searching for their killer in a time-limited mystery.
Set in a twisted, multi-genre narrative universe, Shuten Order is a collaboration between DMM GAMES and Tookyo Games, headed by Danganronpa creator Kazutaka Kodaka. The title blends five distinct gameplay styles—including stealth action, horror, and visual novel storytelling—into one cohesive experience, with art by simadoriru and music by Masafumi Takada.

Both Steam and Nintendo Switch versions will support English and Japanese text, with Japanese voiceovers. Steam adds support for Traditional and Simplified Chinese as well.
Switch players who pre-order the digital edition will receive an exclusive digital novel, Before the Murders – case: Manji Fushicho, a prequel penned under Kodaka’s supervision that details the origins of the fierce “Queen of Heretic Hunting.”
