World of Tanks: Heat Launches May 26 on PC and Consoles

Wargaming has announced that World of Tanks: Heat will launch on May 26, 2026. The standalone free-to-play tactical vehicle shooter is coming to PC through Wargaming Game Center and Steam, Steam Deck, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nvidia GeForce Now.

The game will support full cross-platform play and progression across supported platforms.

A Faster Take on Armored Combat

World of Tanks: Heat is set in an alternate post-World War II era and focuses on faster, team-based vehicle combat. Wargaming built the game on a new proprietary engine designed for responsive gameplay, modern visuals, and smooth performance across different hardware.

Launch Content Confirmed

At launch, players can expect eight Agents split across three battlefield roles: Defender, Assault, and Marksman. Each Agent commands two vehicles, giving players 15 vehicles total to customize through modules and equipment.

The game will also include eight maps across different biomes and four PvP modes: Hardpoint, Control, Kill Confirmed, and Conquest.
