PlaySide Studios has released a new Game of Thrones: War for Westeros Gameplay Reveal Teaser, giving fans a short look at the studio’s real-time strategy game.
The full gameplay trailer will debut during gamescom Opening Night Live on Tuesday, August 25.

The new teaser shows a brief slice of gameplay from War for Westeros.
The game is set in HBO’s Game of Thrones series and focuses on real-time strategy, with players leading armies, using heroes, and fighting for control of Westeros.

The broadcast begins August 25 at 11:00 AM PDT.
Development Update Shares New Details
PlaySide also posted a new development update on the game’s Steam page and official website.
The update covers factions, heroes, combat mechanics, unit behavior, and other systems tied to the RTS. It also confirms that War for Westeros is now planned for early 2027.
